Shop privacy

Effective September 10, 2026.

Your cart

Your product selections, sizes, and quantities are saved in this browser so they survive a page reload. No payment or contact details are stored in that cart. Starting checkout sends the selections to our server to calculate the order.

Payment and delivery

Stripe handles payment and calculates applicable tax. Card details are entered on Stripe’s checkout. Printful receives the name, delivery address, email, and items needed to fulfill the order.

Order records

Cloudflare hosts the shop. The order ledger stores the order reference, Stripe and Printful references, selected products, prices, and processing status. Delivery details are stored with Stripe and Printful. The private email queue temporarily stores your email address and receipt or shipment message so it can be sent reliably. Support messages may contain information you choose to provide when asking for help.

Service providers

Stripe, Printful, Cloudflare, Postmark, and Microsoft 365 process information to provide payments, fulfillment, hosting, email, and customer support. We do not sell shop information or add advertising pixels.

Shop announcements

Updated September 24, 2026: we are sending a one-time announcement about our new hats to existing customers through Microsoft 365. This announcement does not subscribe you to a recurring newsletter. Every shop marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Use it to stop future shop marketing; we retain an opt-out record to honor that choice. Unsubscribing does not stop order receipts, shipping updates, or replies to your support requests.

Questions and retention

Contact shop support to ask about your information. Sent message content and recipient addresses are removed from the shop’s email queue after 30 days. Order and payment records are retained as needed for fulfillment, refunds, tax records, and legal obligations. Payment, fulfillment, and email providers maintain their own records under their policies. You can remove this browser’s saved cart by clearing the site’s local storage.
